My personal objective in life is to explore and continue venturing forward so to give me a broad view of everything in life. I want to be seen as an adventurous, exciting and a committed person. I enjoy working in environments that are forever changing and keep me on my toes. I enjoy challenges which I can actively work through to excel with the results.

I consider myself as a flexible, dynamic and dedicated individual who always enjoys a fresh challenge. I am happy to except responsibility and work on my own initiative. I can work under pressure and able to communicate with all personalities.

My career aim is to improve productivity for others, identifying areas of processes and procedures where IT and multimedia solutions can be implemented to improve the output of companies without the involvement of large costs.

ThomsonFly (TUI UK) - Part-Time
While at University, I have continued working part-time for ThomsonFly continuing in my role. Specialising in MI through Oracle SQL reporting, I have been a key player in delivering data for use in statistical analysis. Working for cleaner data through data validation and data integrity scripts, while also bug finding and improving system functionality.


Jun 2006 - Oct 2007              Carmen Optimisation Analyst
Thomsonfly (TUI UK) - Full-Time
Placement year from University with ThomsonFly, formerly Britannia Airways. Involved initially in Carmen Project; automated rostering tool. Fully trained in Sweden by Carmen (Jeppensen). Team leader role, in which I streamline processes and functions of the system. As time developed focus turned to the integration of Carmen and IDPS. Then supported a team of around 70 end users, while communicating with the software developers in Germany. Full involvement of testing, bug identification and fixing, change requests and developments.

Returned to Britannia to work in similar role, with more focus on statistical analysis and planning.

As part of a gap year between college and university, undertook a professional scuba diving traineeship to become a PADI Divemaster. Extensive training followed by work experience for the Pro-Dive, before using the qualification around various parts of Australia.
